Zumba {intermediate level}-This Zumba class has All of the Zumba fun, with much less intensity and variations!  A must try!

 

"Get Ripped!"- this total body conditioning class may be  low impact but the results are GREAT when adding this class to your program!  Working the major muscle groups cme try this strengthening class and tone up your body w/ T!

 

Belly Dancing Body Fitness - Try Tricia's fitness program, Belly Dancing Body Fitness and come do basic  belly dancing moves fused into simple routines to fun Arabic music and tribal beats!  Work your core like mad!!! Anyne can do it!

Zumba Gold- Zumba designed for the active older adult, the very beginner, r people who are limited physically. All of the Zumba fun, with much less intensity and variations!  A must try!

Aqua  Zumba!  The  Zumba pool party! This workoout is great for joint disease, arthritis, hip and knee problem b/c of the low impact even though the results are amazing! Thhis workout has less strain on the body and uses the water as resistance for a total body workout!

45/45 Zumba!  {plus} Toning  75 minutes workout where you get it all!  warm up then class is split with 1st half of Zumba, 2nd 1/2 of intense toning! A MUST TRY!

Strickly Strength- only 3 bucks!!!  30 min power boost, anerobic work out concentrating on major muscle groups

1/31 Tues night!  6:30p- Beginners tutorial!  (Last free beginners class!)  7p-Zumba new session, toning in the middle!  LET'S DO IT!
